It is considered as the conceptual foundation stone of Sengeââ¬â¢s approach. This discipline provides a connection between the different parts that constitutes the entire structure of an organization. It enables the managers and the key staff to understand the different components of a system that builds up the entire infrastructure of an organization. Managers should focus on understanding that how these key components interacts with each other in order to attain long term success and goals.
